An addition of an Auditorium & School Labs wing to an existing junior-high building of the Ort Hilmi Shafi High School Complex.
A challenging setting - within ancient city strict preservation perimeter, less than 200m from sea-shore, and with unique restrictions from regulatory authorities - resulting in a tight scheme of an L-shaped building enclosing an inner courtyard of seating stairs.  Street facade maintains the existin street faced silhouette, using distinguishing new covering technologies.
