Competition for an educational compound at the center of a new neighborhood in Yoqneam Illit, comprised of a 36-classroom high school, a 24-classroom Elementary school and communal sports and cultural facilities.

The general layout divides the plots into 3 main zones – the communal services zone parting the two schools from each other and serving both as their entrance plaza and as the quarter main urban space.

Typical cross section reflects shortening deviations from an average height level of this sloped site, along which the axis of the main street is set, serving the repetitive pavilions of classrooms and adjacent function of each school.
